I ordered online from Digital River Inc./Aiseesoft software, Hopkins, MN 55343 I purchased FoneLAB to recover lost text messages from an Android Samsung Note 7 phone. i downloaded registered and tried the software over a number of hours trying everything they said to do. this is stated at the front of the software. they claim that their software 'Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocker - 1 Year/3 iOS Devices' will unlock any iPhone or iPad. I seached the web and came across 'aiseesoft'. I have an ipad 9th gen that is locked 'iPad not available' nothing else on the screen.
